R	Roberto Mastronuzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao, la palestra è situata all'interno di un'area residenziale a pochi minuti dall'uscita delle tangenziali di via Cilea e via Caldieri e a circa cinque minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana di Quattro Giornate (parcheggio auto limitrofo a pagamento, parcheggio scooter interno gratuito). La sua posizione risulta favorevole a chi NON ama allenarsi in ambienti sotterranei, vicini al traffico cittadino e con luce e aria artificiale. Gli ambienti di questa Palestra sono lontani dall' inquinamento urbano e godono di illuminazione naturale. La sala attrezzi mette a disposizione un'eccellente fornitura di moderne soluzioni sia per chi ha obiettivi di miglioramento "fitness" sia per chi desidera praticare body building di vecchia scuola. Gli spogliatoi sono curati e forniti di saponi, carta igienica e asciugacapelli. Il personale è accogliente, attento e disponibile. Da migliorare la selezione musicale proposta. Hi, the gym is located in a residential area just a few minutes from the exit of the via Cilea and via Caldieri ring roads and about five minutes from the Quattro Giornate metro stop (paid nearby car park, free internal scooter parking ). Its position is favorable for those who DO NOT like to train in underground environments, close to city traffic and with light and artificial air. The environments of this gym are far from urban pollution and enjoy natural lighting. The tool room offers an excellent supply of modern solutions both for those who have "fitness" improvement objectives and for those who want to practice old school body building. The changing rooms are well-kept and equipped with soaps, toilet paper and a hairdryer. The staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. The proposed musical selection should be improved.

Lì ci si può allenare sul serio, ma trovando allo stesso tempo un ambiente misto di tutte le età che mette a proprio agio. Great Lello owner a serious professional and prepared! Ci sono molti corsi da poter seguire liberamente con un abbonamento non troppo caro, ma sono anche di conseguenza molto affollati, dato che non esiste un sistema di prenotazioni. La segreteria è una macchina da guerra , super efficiente e sempre pronta a risolvere tutte le esigenze dei clienti ! L'ambiente , infine , è ottimo. Perciò la consiglio vivamente !
