★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questa palestra da più do tre mesi, nonostante io non sia mai stato l'atleta più assiduo del mondo, qui seguito da Daniele Morra e Valerio D'Onofrio sono riuscito a mantenere una buona costanza ed i conseguenti risultati. È il posto ideale in cui conoscere persone nuove con cui stringere rapidamente e mantenersi in forma. Degna di nota è poi la precisione degli istruttori, i quali, volta per volta predisporrano un allenamento su misura per voi, volto al raggiungimento degli obiettivi che vi siete prefissi.
I have been attending this gym for more than three months, although I have never been the most assiduous athlete in the world, here followed by Daniele Morra and Valerio D'Onofrio I managed to maintain a good consistency and the consequent results. It is the ideal place to meet new people with whom to quickly get in touch and keep fit. Noteworthy is also the precision of the instructors, who, time after time, prepare a training tailored for you, aimed at achieving the goals you have set yourself.
