Mi é stato riconsegnato con display rotto. Ho contattato l'assistenza mi hanno risposto che loro non possono fare niente e se ne sono lavati le mani. Sconsiglio vivamente Just delivered a fully functional TV before sending except the internet connection problem. It was returned to me with a broken display. I contacted the assistance they replied that they can not do anything and they washed their hands. I strongly advise against

La colpa non é loro, ma della telesystem che si presenta come ditta italiana, ma in realtà acquista e rivende le TV in Cina, purtroppo me ne sono accorto con il guasto. Mai più telesystem. They tried to repair a telesystem smart TV, out of warranty, they did it all from December to March waiting for a card from the parent company, which arrived not working. The fault is not theirs, but of the telesystem which presents itself as an Italian company, but actually buys and sells TVs in China, unfortunately I noticed it with the breakdown. No more telesystems.
