★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia stampante è stata inviata presso questo centro dalla Coop poiché era in garanzia. Avevo appena sostituito la cartuccia nera, originale, 35 euro! Risultato dopo la riparazione: cartuccia scarica! Se l'avessi saputo non l'avrei mai mandata in assistenza!
Ci tengo a precisare che il problema riguardava lo sportello Adf quindi vorrei tanto capire il nesso tra riparazione sportello e uso esagerato della cartuccia fino a scaricarla!
Solo la cartuccia a colori era scarica, quella nera era appena stata messa! Segnalerò anche all'assistenza Coop la mia brutta esperienza
 My printer was sent to this center by Coop as it was under warranty. I had just replaced the original black cartridge, 35 euros! Result after repair: cartridge empty! If I had known, I would never have sent her for assistance!
I want to clarify that the problem concerned the Adf door so I would really like to understand the connection between door repair and excessive use of the cartridge until it is discharged!
Only the color cartridge was empty, the black one had just been put in! I will also report my bad experience to Coop Service

mi hanno chiamato per ritirarlo e mi hanno chiesto di portare il caricabatterie per verificarlo quindi già qualcosa non andava dopo la consegna ci siamo accorti. Che abbiamo portato il tablet funzionante e il rotto stava a casa il finale della favola non hanno mai riparato il tablet funzionante e mi hanno estorto 25euro per una riparazione immaginaria e per il vero tablet rotto non sono stati capaci di ripararlo che truffa
In my inattention I have led to fix a perfectly functional tablet. Since their response they have changed the charging processor
they called me to pick it up and asked me to bring the charger to check it so something was already wrong after delivery we realized. That we brought the working tablet and the broken one was at home the ending of the story they never repaired the working tablet and they extorted 25 euros for an imaginary repair and for the real broken tablet they were not able to repair it what a scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri o portato alla BSC di Napoli la mia stampante PIXAR per una riparazione e durante l' ispezione è stato verificato un ulteriore difetto. L' addetto, estremamente gentile, l' ha trattenuta per la riparazione.
Oggi (!!!!) ho ritirato la stampante perfettamente funzionante. Devo fare i miei complimenti per l' organizzazione, la professionalità e la cortesia. Grazie e buon lavoro.

Yesterday I took my PIXAR printer to BSC in Naples for a repair and another defect was found during the inspection. The extremely nice attendant held her for repair.
Today (!!!!) I picked up the fully functional printer. I have to congratulate you on the organization, professionalism and courtesy. Thanks and good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono loro cliente dal 1999, quando portai in assistenza un MOTOROLA D920 uovetto, che in Garanzia si era rotto il guscio posteriore. mi accontentarono alla grande; da quel momento non li ho più lasciati, e nello scorso decennio ho acquistato diversi telefoni Motorola, e stampanti CANON, e accessori a prezzi eccezionali. Poco tempo fa per conto di colleghi ho consegnato in assistenza uno smartphone e Stampante Canon in meno di 25 minuti me li hanno riparati e consegnati. Personale Cordiale e Professionale, in particolare il grande si Antonio. Grazie di tutto.
I have been their customer since 1999, when I brought in a MOTOROLA D920 uovetto, which had broken the rear shell under warranty. they satisfied me in a big way; I have never left them since, and over the past decade I have purchased several Motorola phones, CANON printers, and accessories at great prices. A short time ago on behalf of colleagues I delivered a smartphone and a Canon printer for assistance in less than 25 minutes they repaired and delivered them to me. Friendly and Professional Staff, especially the great Antonio. Thanks for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver avuto due esperienze in UN centrO d'assistenza "certificatO"huawei(Via guido "cortese",vomero)orribili,dove nel secondo caso ,avendo il tablet che non si caricava più,mi è stato detto che il pad non poteva essere rimesso a posto xchè x loro bisognava cambiare tutto il pezzo,compreso scheda madre!(volevano lavorare meno e far piu soldi,dicendo addirittura che la garanzia più lunga d'un anno che avevo effettuato durante l'acquisto non valeva;x loro era una truffa)Ho cercato un'altra assistenza e,tramite buone recensioni su google ci siamo rivolti,quasi arresi al fatto che il pad nn poteva essere riparato più,a BSC in via Nicolardi 16 e,ci hanno rassicurato che mandando il pad alla huawei a MI dopo qualche gg avremmo avuto indietro il pad riparato e ,forse,essendo ancora in garanzia c'era la possibilità di non dover neanche pagare.
C'è voluto una decina di gg ma ora ho di nuovo il mio tablet,funziona benissimo e ,senza essere odiosamente venali come il centro sito in via cortese,grazie a l'onestà del centro BSC nn ho dovuto pagare il guasto.
Che dire ,quando c'è onestà e voglia di lavorare il cliente viene accontentato.

After having had two horrible experiences in a "certified" huawei assistance center (Via Guido "cortese", vomero), where in the second case, having the tablet that no longer charged, I was told that the pad could not be put back in place because they had to change the whole piece, including the motherboard! (they wanted to work less and make more money, even saying that the longer one year guarantee I had made during the purchase was not valid scam) I looked for another assistance and, through good reviews on google we turned, almost surrendered to the fact that the pad could no longer be repaired, to BSC in via Nicolardi 16 and, they reassured us that by sending the pad to the huawei at MI after a few days we would have had the pad back repaired and, perhaps, being still under warranty there was the possibility of not even having to pay.
It took about ten days but now I have my tablet again, it works very well and, without being hatefully venal as the site center in a courteous way, thanks to the honesty of the BSC center I didn't have to pay for the breakdown.
What can I say, when there is honesty and desire to work, the customer is satisfied.
