 Helpful and empathetic staff .. excellent for those who leave a child 300 km from their city and may need anything .. they have made themselves available for any eventuality. Professional and fast in handling practices. As a parent highly recommended! Anna a myth !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest headache of my life. Do yourself a favour and avoid this bucket-shop.
Our (swindler) landlord refused to give us back our deposit based on unfounded damage claims on the apartment, so we had to get a lawyer. The agency did not respond to our email and Anna did everything in her power (even straight up lying to us!) to hinder dialogue and protect the landlord from paying us back the deposit.
At the end we did get a small share of our deposit back thanks to the voluntary effort of a very kind Milanese lawyer.

Ever since Anna knows about I'm leaving, she starts to threaten me to not return my deposit back, and she yelled at me every time I show up at her store, after I left the house, she went there and "examined" the house without me being there, and she charged me a lot of money about some damages that has been there before I moved in (I even asked her to fix it but she never responds), and finally I get in touch with the landlord and got part of my money back!
It was 6 months of nightmare of my life, never trust this person!! I would give -100 stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and helpful. They helped me from the minute I decided to rent the place they found for me (after showing me 76563829103845 choices) to the minute I move my stuff in. Many places try to deceit us, here they HELPED! Amanda is amazing, took care of every detail for us. I am sure if anyone had trouble getting in/out of the apartments they rented with this agency, it was because of the landlord or mutual mistakes.
