I was searching for an apartment to rent, and there were good apartments from this agency, but when I contacted them they were not able to fix an appointment to visit an apartment, because they do it very limited time - only during working time and only two times a week. I am working from 10 to 6, so I was able to visit at 9 in the morning or at 7 after the work, but visits were not available because they were not doing it in that time. Like this my first preferred apartment went away. For another one the personnel has told me that it is already rented, but then they have called me after a week and said that it is still available, but were able to fix appointment only in a week, so this apartment also went away. Big disappointment, lack of flexibility and no customer-orientation. I would not recommend to anybody to collaborate with this agency.

Firsthome team was efficient, sympathetic, dedicated and helpful until the last details were sorted out in our rental. Great people, great service, definitely recommend !
