Contattati telefonicamente il 29 settembre perché intenzionato ad acquistare un box, dovevo essere richiamato entro una decina di giorni per poterlo visionare ma non è successo. Dal 18 ottobre a oggi (12 novembre) ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente una decina di volte ma non rispondono al cellulare e non rispondono alle mail.
La correttezza avrebbe voluto che dicessero subito che non erano interessati ad aprire una trattativa e probabilmente concludere una vendita, almeno non avrei perso tempo indirizzando subito altrove la mia ricerca.
Premise: given the other reviews (even if 2 years old) I was certainly "unlucky".
Contacted by phone on 29 September because I wanted to buy a box, I had to be called back within ten days to be able to view it but it didn't happen. From 18 October to today (12 November) I have tried to contact them by phone a dozen times but they do not answer their mobile phones and do not reply to emails.
Fairness would have wanted them to say immediately that they were not interested in opening a negotiation and probably concluding a sale, at least I would not have wasted time immediately directing my research elsewhere.
