β β β β β Very poor service and poor English spoken. We experienced a very visible medical emergency whilst on board. Our guide spoke zero English had no first aid kit and no empathy for the situation.

β β β β β It was all easy, we rented a gommone (infalteble boat with quite strong motor) for a whole day. The guys didn't speak proper English, but were all cool and we could understand each other. A gommone for a full day was 100 EUR + petrol in the end (40EUR). The boat was clean, quite fast and easy to navigate, with bluetooth soundsystem, place to lay. I would recommend them!

β β β β β Poor english spoken. Paid 80 euro upfront for an old inflatable boat. Fuel paid separately.
No documents, No invoice, no contract. Giving back the boat they demanded 40 euros for fuel. The guy simply looked at the tank and said 20 litres so 40 euros. In other places service much better, honest fuel calculations and better quality of equipment.

β β β β β Booked an inflatable boat as we had a morning to kill before an afternoon flight. Booking was easy, the staff were all very friendly and spoke English. Price was fair and I highly recommend the experience as the coast is beautiful. They even sorted out our ride to the airport for a good price, 10/10 would go again!

β β β β β Super easy to deal with, Chiara welcomed us speaking English French and Spanish! We did a short tour which they adapted for our 2 year old who loved the tour. Nino took us to some nice spots to swim, and to a grotto. Nice music on board and very gentle driving. I definitely recommend them!

β β β β β We rented a gommone ( an inflatable boat) from Boat Service on our date day in Mondello a while back and what a wonderful time we had! The views we saw from the bright blue sea to the shores were AhH-MaZiNg! Beautiful memories were definitely had!
