i	ili ili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID, Tourist trap! We had the pizza and I would say it was pretty embarrassing for Italian standards. It was just soupy and underwhelming. They also charge BOTH a 2 euro per person cover charge AND a 10% service fee which is just plain ridiculous!
A	Aleksandra Horwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came first just to have coffee and cake. We were very warm welcomed although it was the end of the lunch and the restaurant was quite full. Because of that we decided to come for dinner the same evening, our last day in Sicily. Since we are both vegetarians, it was not easy to find nice food or welcoming hosts. We had very delicious tomato rissoti and pizza marinara, pizza parmigana and dessert. Not only that we were not judged for not eating fish and meat, we were encouraged and appreciated as guests. We heard the story of this restaurant and met extraordinary Giuseppe, who opened it 30 years ago and who is now 78 years old and very fit since he stopped smoking his 60 cigarettes per day. He is the one who also dived for sea urchins for more then 60 years. His grandfather us Sariddu and he invented the dish- pasta with sea urchins. Rosie is his niece and amazing lovely person who runs this restaurant. All the Sariddu dream team members are fantastic and a lot of fun. Look at the photos.

However, 2€ per person for whatever reason plus service fee were unnecessary. We were four people paid 8*2€ plus 7€service fee. I would not go back especially knowing other places that do not charge the service fee.
K	Klaudia Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicilian food at its' best. When in Palermo or Mondello don't waste time going elsewhere. Unfortunately, we did a few times, as a result spent a lot of money and got only more and more disappointed until we discovered Sariddu. Giosuè and his family run this place, which 30 years ago was founded by his father; everyone there is friendly and very hospitable. Everything we tried there was of superb quality (we believe we are foodies). I love sea food and I was in heaven :) My husband loves fish and every day he had a different, locally caught fish. Our daughter is vegetarian and she was delighted with every meal - their pizza is a must! Thank you so much!! We will be back most defo :D
M	Morando na Inglaterra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are English speakers visiting modello. The service was good despite of little English English lady spoke. She was smiley and the waiter kind. The ravioli with lobster sauce was divine. The local desert delicious as well.

The one lady we spoke to was an owner and told us how her grandfather started the restaurant 32 years ago this Christmas. She even brought us out another portion of a dish to try, swordfish balls, that were incredible. We will definitely be back.
T	Terry Tibbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pastas I have ever had!! I had the pistachio pasta and calamari to start, was all sublime. Overlooking the beach, perfetta!! Host/owner super lovely too, treated us so well. 10/10!!
