Non puoi chiamare o avere chiarimenti se non tramite un numero verde con un sevizio indecente, lasciate perdere sta roba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata per chiedere una informazione...ho parlato con due impiegati contemporaneamente....non si dire chi dei due fosse meno peggio ....professionalità zero e pure la cortesia...io lavoro a contatto con l utenza....ma ricevo solo complimenti....meno male che c e qualcuno che si sa confrontare con il pubblico....li di sicuro NO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON E' POSSIBILE CONTATTARE TELEFONICAMENTE L'AGENZIA. IL NUMERO SUL SITO DELLA BANCA CORRISPONDE AD ALTRA BANCA. OLTRETUTTO E' GIA' STATA FATTA SEGNALAZIONE MA, INUTILMENTE. IDEM SULLE PAGINE GIALLE.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE AGENCY BY TELEPHONE. THE NUMBER ON THE BANK'S WEBSITE CORRESPONDS TO ANOTHER BANK. MOREOVER IT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE SIGNALING BUT, TO NO HELP. IDEM ON THE YELLOW PAGES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente scortese, il lunedì mattina ho trovato 8 persone d'avanti a me e solo una cassa aperta perché l'altra dipendente della seconda cassa doveva parlare al cellulare (alle 9.16 del mattino non credo sia l'ora della pausa). Quando ho chiesto come mai non è aperta l'altra cassa mi è stato risposto : ehh signorina se la vii. Di sicuro se avete fretta non andateci.
Rude people, on Monday morning I found 8 people in front of me and only one cashier opened because the other employee of the second cashier had to talk on the cell phone (at 9.16 am I don't think it's time for the break). When I asked why the other cash box is not open, I was replied: ehh miss if vii. For sure if you are in a hurry don't go there.

Operatori impegnati o nelle loro conversazioni o in eterne pause caffè a ogni ora, e nei rari momenti di lavoro, danno informazioni imprecise e discordanti tra di loro mostrando insofferenza nel gestire la relazione con i clienti.Se poi si pensa di risolvere le incomprensioni chiedendo di parlare con l'attuale direttore, arriva lui che in materia di arroganza presunzione incopetenza e maleducazione è un mentore!! Morale della favola, dopo10 anni da correntista e intestatario di un mutuo, ho estinto anticipatamente il mutuo e cambiato banca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sotto lo zero. Attese lunghissime in filiale. Praticamente impossibile telefonare allo 06 0060. Unico numero nazionale per prendere appuntamento. Sto provando a tutte le ore da giorni. La filiale di Ferrara non ha un numero attivo. VERGOGNOSO!!!! Banca assolutamente da sconsigliare che non ha rispetto dei clienti.
Below zero. Long waits in the branch. Virtually impossible to call 06 0060. Single national number to make an appointment. I've been trying at all hours for days. The Ferrara branch does not have an active number. SHAMEFUL!!!! Bank absolutely not recommended that has no respect for customers.
