★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dio ce ne scampi, di una inettitudine allucinante, preso appuntamento con la sede centrale per un mutuo... al dunque non risultava a nessuno in filiale. Il buongiorno si vede dal mattino. Meglio così. Alla larga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una Stella perché non se ne possono mettere meno. Incapaci ,arroganti appuntamento preso 15 gg prima disdetto 8 minuti prima dell'orario stabilito. Sono dovuta andare 3 volte per le credenziali per l'home banking e le credenziali datemi sempre sbagliate. E ce vogliono pure avere ragione. Inoltre totalmente impossibile parlare per telefono con qualcuno.
I wear a star because they can't be shorter. Unable, arrogant appointment took 15 days before cancellation 8 minutes before the scheduled time. I had to go 3 times for the credentials for home banking and the credentials always give me wrong. And they also want to be right. Also totally impossible to talk to someone on the phone.
