Il personale è umano, dedito, professionale, accurato, paziente, accogliente, attento e vicino ai bisogni dei clienti.
Le persone hanno reso la procedura (con tutto il suo annesso documentale e burocratico) meno ostile ed accessibile anche per chi, come noi in questo caso, non è "addetto ai lavori".
