★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale molto scorretto non rispondono al telefono perché lo hanno messo fuori sevizio per il troppo lavoro ho pagato 5 € di parcheggio per cinque volte che mi sono recata in libreria e ancora i libri non sono arrivati
 very unfair staff do not answer the phone because they put it out of service for too much work I paid € 5 parking for five times that I went to the library and still the books have not arrived

They never answer the phone. I ordered a few books a month ago. They haven't arrived yet and they haven't even called me to let me know about this ... I'm still waiting for the books.
