★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 26/05/2021 mi sono scapicollata all ‘ Ag. BNL di corso Francia 335/A, Torino, per fare un bonifico. Chiude alle 17: arrivata alle 16:54, mi dicono che è chiuso e non si può fare, ritorni domani. Ma allora cambiate l’orario di chiusura!Presa in giro!
 Today 26/05/2021 I went to the Ag. BNL of Corso Francia 335 / A, Turin, to make a bank transfer. It closes at 5 pm: arrived at 4:54 pm, they tell me that it is closed and it cannot be done, come back tomorrow. But then change the closing time! Teasing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, se volete un mutuo oppure un prestito sembrano i vostri migliori amici, una volta ottenuto non siete più minimamente calcolati, difficile prendere appuntamenti, difficile che rispondono al telefono o via mail. Consiglio lasciate perdere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Sono 2 giorni che il servizio bancomat non funzione. Ho chiesto ad una impiegata se ci fosse un servizio all'interno ma ovviamente non esiste. Alla mia richiesta di cosa posso fare per prelevare ( sono una persona anziana) mi ha risposto di cercare un'altra filiale. Penso che chiuderò il conto
Bad service. The ATM service has not worked for 2 days. I asked an employee if there was a service inside but obviously it doesn't exist. When I asked what I can do to withdraw (I am an elderly person) he told me to look for another branch. I think I'll close the account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non preparato disorganizzato e non disposto ad evadere le richieste anche più semplici dei propri clienti sconsiglio completamente questa filiale e sconsiglio visto la mia esperienza anche la stessa bnl come istituto . Non ho messo 0 stelle perché non si può.
Unprepared staff, disorganized and unwilling to fulfill even the simplest requests of their customers I completely advise against this branch and I do not recommend, given my experience, even the same bnl as an institution. I didn't put 0 stars because you can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi epocali per apertura di un mutuo, nessun tipo di professionalità, lasciano pratiche a metà. Ti portano all'esasperazione per qualsiasi cosa tu faccia con loro, non c'è un minimo di attenzione verso il cliente.
Incompetenza assoluta.
Epochal times for opening a mortgage, any kind of professionalism, leave practices in the middle. They take you to exasperation with whatever you do with them, there is not a minimum of customer focus.
Absolute incompetence.

Negative experience one star is already too much! as soon as you can, I will absolutely change !! They call for communications .. then they don't answer .. they close your account without warning! A shame! It is impossible to communicate with someone!
