★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiuso un conto corrente in questa banca anni fa,ho rispettato tutta la procedura,ma ancora dopo almeno 5 anni continuano a mandarmi estratti conto per la carta di credito e ovviamente ci sono spese da pagare,sono stato personalmente in banca decine di volte ma ogni anno cambia direttore è devo dispiegare è ricominciare tutta la storia di nuovo dall'inizio ,poi pacca sulla spalla e la parola tranquillo adesso è tutto chiuso ma immancabilmente dopo qualche semestre arrivano nuovamente richieste di soldi.VERGOGNA mi stanno facendo impazzire .
I closed a current account in this bank years ago, I followed all the procedure, but still after at least 5 years they continue to send me credit card statements and obviously there are expenses to pay, I have personally been to the bank dozens of times but every year he changes director and I have to unfold and start the whole story again from the beginning, then pat on the back and the word quiet now everything is closed but invariably after a few semester requests for money arrive again. SHROUD are driving me crazy.
