Da figlia e correntista da decenni della vostra azienda sono indignata
Negare assistenza ad un’anziano perché non chiama dal suo numero e perché non ricorda gli ultimi 4 numeri del suo bancomat smarrito è vergognoso.
My mother of 48 calls the toll-free number from my cell phone to have her lost ATM blocked and they answer that they would not give her any assistance, insisting on her false identity only because she was calling from a number that was not hers
As a daughter and account holder of your company for decades, I am outraged
Denying assistance to an elderly person because he does not call from his number and because he does not remember the last 4 numbers of his lost ATM is shameful.
