Per la richiesta di un mutuo, per ottenerlo, ci ha imposto di fare l'assicurazione sulla vita con loro con un costo stratosferico e se non fosse stato così, sicuramente la richiesta non veniva accolta (parole della direttrice)! Poco professionale, per questo motivo non ho fatto nulla!
