Bel servizio, complimenti. Se ci fosse zero l'avrei messo. La professionalità qui non esiste. Bravi continuate così.
In line for an hour with the bank secretary who blissfully chatted about her business with her friend without deigning to me and the 4 people who were in the queue, who waited there.
