★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto due stelle non per le persone che lavorano in banca.. è per il non funzionamento delle casse fuori self service. Sono mesi e mesi che di 7 giorni ne funzionano 3 ... Di cui una funziona l altra no. Prima del covid più volte l ho fatto notare in banca ,ma ora per tutto serve Appuntamento. Sto parlando delle casse fuori che non funzionano per versare... Né assegni né contanti.
 I put two stars not for the people who work in the bank .. it is for the non-functioning of the self-service tills. For months and months, 3 have worked for 7 days ... One of which works and the other does not. Before the covid I pointed this out several times in the bank, but now we need an appointment for everything. I'm talking about the tills outside that don't work for depositing ... Neither checks nor cash.

Mancanza di empatia e di problem solving, tendenza a liquidare velocemente il cliente "poco interessante economicamente". Dialoghi gestiti con sufficienza e senza valide soluzioni alternative. Tipica gestione finalizzata al mero interesse personale, senza cura alcuna per finalità di fidelizzazione e di marketing.
Little professionalism, in the reception, in the management of the queue, in the relationship with the customer. Lack of empathy and problem solving, tendency to quickly liquidate the customer "not economically interesting". Dialogues managed sufficiently and without valid alternative solutions. Typical management aimed at mere personal interest, without any care for loyalty and marketing purposes.

L'unica risposta del personale...."questa è la situazione" .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono, devi presentarti personalmente e l'operatore esce a chiedere al cliente di che servizio ha bisogno, in presenza anche di sconosciuti che si trovano al bancomat., tutto nel più alto rispetto della privacy. Professionalità e serietà assenti

Non rispondono mai al telefono.
Non rispondono al saluto.
Non eseguono pratiche non per impossibilità, ma per mancanza di voglia, infatti ho dovuto rivolgermi ad un'altra banca che ha eseguito la mia richiesta senza alcun problema.
Fossi io il capo a certa gente gli farei cambiare atteggiamento e non solo.
