★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metterei un centesimo in una banca simile, non rispondono alla chat, non rispondono al telefono, le filiali sono sono inaccessibili...e poi volete che una persona apra un conto da voi? Serietà e professionalità zero!!!
Mi tocca mettere una stella perché meno non si può...
 I wouldn't put a penny into a bank like that, they don't answer the chat, they don't answer the phone, the branches are inaccessible ... and then you want someone to open an account with you? Seriousness and zero professionalism !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto un appuntamento presso questa banca per aprire un conto aziendale. Arrivo all'orario stabilito e ad accoglierci sono altri clienti letteralmente inferociti dato che nessuno ha la decenza di dare loro alcuna informazione. Infatti non vi è la minima traccia di un operatore o impiegato che accolga la clientela. Arriva il mio turno ed il funzionario ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi che ha cercato il mio nome su Google per sapere chi fossi. esistono banche dati specializzate per vedere la solvibilità di una persona non credo che Google sia una di questa. Invito chiunque a rivolgersi ad un istituto più professionale. grazie
I book an appointment with this bank to open a corporate account. I arrive at the established time and to welcome us are other customers literally angry as no one has the decency to give them any information. In fact, there is not the slightest trace of an operator or employee welcoming customers. My turn comes and the official had the courage to tell me that he searched my name on Google to find out who I was. there are specialized databases to see the solvency of a person I don't think Google is one of them. I invite anyone to contact a more professional institution. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuno risponde ai messaggi emails o lasciati in segreteria telefonica. Nessuno risponde al telefono. Nessuno risponde alle richieste d'appuntamento. Ho richiesto una Carta di Credito 3 mesi fa e ad oggi nessuno mi risponde ancora, anche se sollecitato per iscritto, per telefono e recandomi di persona. Sembra la pratica sia in corso ... Non è rifiutata, ma in corso. Mi chiedono di pazientare LOL
Nessuna assistenza con un canone di più di 5 euros al mese ?!!!! ed una Carta di Debito a pagamento !
No one responds to emails or messages left on the answering machine. No one answers the phone. No one responds to appointment requests. I requested a credit card 3 months ago and to this day no one answers me yet, even if solicited in writing, by phone and going in person. It seems the practice is in progress ... It is not refused, but in progress. They ask me to wait LOL
No assistance with a fee of more than 5 euros per month? !!!! and a Charter of paid debt!

Arrivato sopra i 30anni cambiato senza avvisare il contratto a prezzi mai visti (prima bastava versare lo stipendio ed era gratis, dopo 7,90€ al mese di cui 1,20€ di spedizione mensile dell'estratto conto che avevo disdetto subito ma continuava ad arrivare).
Chiuso carta di credito a dicembre 2019 e conto chiuso a marzo 2020 continuano ad arrivare chiamate e mail per insoluti della carta senza sapere però di quanto fosse questo insoluto. Operatori inesistenti o fenomeni nel rimpallino delle competenze. Ancora mi cercano senza sapere la cifra esatta di quanto gli devo (una volta era 180€ l'altra 250 circa)
Felice di essermene andato.

Account holder for years as a family bank ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata un'esperienza pessima, mai mi sono sentita così male in nessuna banca (nel mio caso ho chiesto solo informazioni per il mutuo). Non consiglio questa banca a nessuno. Essendo straniera non ti prendono nemmeno in considerazione. Atteggiamento da parte dei lavoratori della banca è arrogante.
It was a very bad experience, I have never felt so bad in any bank (in my case I only asked for information for the mortgage). I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Being a foreigner, they don't even take you into consideration. Attitude on the part of the bank workers is arrogant.

Avevo un’urgenza e sono stata accolta da una gentilezza non consueta di questi tempi dalla signora Fabiana. Mi ha risolto il problema in poco tempo con garbo, professionalità e simpatia. Grazie.
