Incompetente, maleducata, lavora sbuffando e facendo sentire il cliente un peso( dimenticando che percepisce lo stipendio grazie a quei tanto odiati e bistrattati clienti). Stavolta si è beccata un nota di disappunto..la prossima volta verrà segnalata agli organi Bnl competenti: sarebbe meglio lasciare il posto a qualche giovane volenteroso.

Incompetent, rude, she works by snorting and making the customer feel a burden (forgetting that she receives her salary thanks to those much hated and mistreated customers). This time she got a note of disappointment .. next time she will be reported to the competent BNL bodies: it would be better to give way to some willing young people.

Prendi appuntamento dopo che hai chiesto ore di permesso a lavoro e dal momento che ti siedi il direttore si alza 4-5 volte facendoti perdere 2 ore per poi non concludere nulla. Dopo 1 mese di appuntamenti consegna documenti ecc ecc quando sembrava quasi fatta decidono che l anticipo del 20% su un mutuo è poco è gli devo dare un altro Pò di soldi così a caso. Davvero state lontani da questa filiale sono Anche sgarbati e mi son sentito dire se vuoi chiudere entro 2 mesi perché hai fretta ci sono altre mille banche in giro. Ho preso tutto e me ne sono andato. INCREDULO
Poor staff and manager. Make an appointment after you have asked for hours off work and from the moment you sit down the director gets up 4-5 times making you lose 2 hours and then not finish anything. After 1 month of appointments, delivery of documents etc etc when it seemed almost done they decide that the 20% advance on a mortgage is little and I have to give them another bit of money so at random. Really stay away from this branch they are also rude and I heard myself say if you want to close within 2 months because you are in a hurry there are a thousand other banks around. I took everything and left. INCREDULO

Una settimana fa ho fissato un appuntamento in questa filiale per stamattina alle 09. Banca chiusa e nessuno che abbia pensato bene di avvisarmi.
Ho fissato un nuovo appuntamento in un'altra filiale, sperando di incontrare personale più smart.
