Il personale non sa fare il suo mestiere, questo è palese: dovrebbe decisamente fare altro e non gestire un bar! Il posto non è molto pulito. La pulizia del bagno è pessima. Mi spiace ma è così. The brioches are not good. Bad hood, seems to drink lukewarm dirty water. The staff does not know how to do their job, this is obvious: they should definitely do something else and not run a bar! The place is not very clean. The cleaning of the bathroom is very bad. I'm sorry but that's it.

Mi siedo al tavolo esterno e non arriva nessuno a servire, dopo 5 minuti la cameriera mi chiede se ho ordinato io due caffè lunghi, allora entro e chiedo se fanno servizio ai tavoli, prima dicono di sì, mentre esco mi dicono che prima bisogna fare lo scontrino poi mi serviranno l’ordine. Mi metto in fila alla cassa e noto che gli operatori sono solo due: uno fa cassa, porta gli scontrini al bar con l’ordine da preparare, serve pastìccini e torte ai clienti. L’altra operatrice serve ai tavoli (con non molta voglia). Due operatori onestamente sono davvero molto pochi, anche considerando che nessun altro bar nelle estreme vicinanze è aperto. Alla fine sono uscito senza prendere nulla, sono andato all’altro bar aperto. I understand that we are in August and you cannot have the usual service, but today the place was really badly organized. I sit at the outside table and no one comes to serve, after 5 minutes the waitress asks me if I have ordered two long coffees, then I go in and ask if they serve the tables, first they say yes, while I go out they tell me that first we must do the receipt then I'll need the order. I queue at the checkout and notice that there are only two operators: one makes the checkout, takes the receipts to the bar with the order to be prepared, serves pastries and cakes to customers. The other operator serves at the tables (with not much desire). Two operators are honestly very few, even considering that no other bar in the extreme vicinity is open. In the end I went out without taking anything, I went to the other open bar.

Pessimo sapore e consistenza. Davvero non capisco come questo possa essere un prodotto di pasticceria. Vorrei davvero riportare in indietro e chiedere il risarcimento rimborso per essere al limite del furto. Come sempre andrò al alla pasticceria del super. Con 6 euro si ottiene la stessa qualità. NON ACCETTANO BANCOMAT e lo sai solo al momento di pagare. Really, if you can DO NOT GO for sweets and cakes. A half-kilo cake, or a little more, paid 26 euros for two sheets of sponge cake and whipped cream with strawberries. Bad taste and consistency. I really don't understand how this can be a pastry product. I would really like to bring it back and ask for refund compensation to be at the limit of the theft. As always I will go to the super pastry shop. With 6 euros you get the same quality. They DO NOT ACCEPT ATM and you only know it when paying.

Prendo una cioccolata (dal menù delle cioccolate)ma ovviamente non c’è!Ne Scelgo un’altra ma questa volta non c’è la panna... (in una pasticceria...) tè caldo (freddo) come i ginseng... Presentazione casalinga poca pulizia (tavoli sporchi) e poca cortesia! Peccato perché prima non era così... veramente peggiorato! Forse per un caffè al volo va bene... Very bad! No welcome and customer consideration. I take a chocolate (from the chocolate menu) but obviously there isn't! I choose another one but this time there is no cream ... (in a patisserie ...) hot (cold) tea like ginseng. .. Home presentation little cleaning (dirty tables) and little courtesy! Too bad because before it was not so ... really worsened! A	Andrea Ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al banco , col bar praticamente vuoto, ordini cappuccio e brioche e ti servono solo la seconda disinteressandosi completamente del fatto che tu sia lì col piattino con cucchiaio e zucchero senza tazza. Se ti siedi fuori non ti filano, quindi entri ad ordinare ma loro riescono comunque a dimenticarsi di portarti il caffè, sempre col bar vuoto. Evidentemente sono in commercio per ingannare il tempo. At the counter, with the bar practically empty, you order cap and brioche and you only need the second one, completely disinterested in the fact that you are there with the saucer with a spoon and sugar without a cup. If you sit outside they don't spin you, so you go in to order but they still manage to forget to bring you the coffee, always with the bar empty. They are evidently on the market to pass the time.

Ho acquistato dei pasticcini qualche volta, ma devo dire che, in proporzione al prezzo, non sono così speciali. Da quando alcuni nuovi soci sono entrati nella società, sembra che la qualità abbia subito un calo. Alcune persone si sono lamentate del servizio ai tavoli.
