abbiamo acquistato 2 caschi BMW con INTERPHONE BMW, riscontriamo innumerevoli problemi di comunicazione tra i due caschi l’abbiamo più volte riportato al concessionario che ha provveduto a fare un aggiornamento come da vs. indicazioni, senza risolvere nulla.
A questo punto ci rivolgiamo direttamente a voi poiché ci dicono che è un problema non dell’interphone BMW e che voi conoscete, ma non avete fatto nulla per bloccare le vendite.
Ho sempre ritenuto BMW il top di gamma, ma in questo momento mi trovo costretto a fare una cattiva pubblicità.
Rimango in attesa di riscontro
