Ultima volta ci hanno portato bancale con legna nel mezzo piccolissima nascosta e per di più nemmeno così secca..credo cambieremo fornitore For two years we have been picking up wood and have not come to the set appointment and we have to call or come at the time they want without warning. Last time they brought us pallet with wood in the middle, very small hidden and moreover not so dry..I think we will change supplier

I bancali sono però composti da materiali misti (da noi non richiesti),sotto misura e uno eccessivamente scarso. Ho fatto presente il problema, mi hanno spiegato ,con chiarezza ....,che loro non sbagliano ...e che mi è stato dato ciò che abbiamo richiesto!!! Per evitare ulteriori nostri "errori ",cercheremo un altro fornitore !!! We have ordered 3 pallets with certain characteristics of size and type as already done in previous years. The pallets, however, are composed of mixed materials (not required by us), under measure and one excessively scarce. I pointed out the problem, they explained to me, clearly ...., that they are not wrong ... and that I was given what we requested !!! To avoid our further "mistakes", we will look for another supplier !!!

Difficoltà di accensione e potere calorifico bassissimo. Ciliegina sulla torta è stata la grigliata con amici di ieri sera. Semplicemente non siamo riuscito ad avere le braci per finire la grigliata! Fortunatamente avevo della legna acquistata da altro fornitore! Mai più...maaaaaiiii più!! ????? Shame on you! Bought a pallet of wood two weeks ago! We've been practically cold for two weeks ... bad quality wood! Difficulty of ignition and very low calorific value. The icing on the cake was last night's barbecue with friends. We simply couldn't get the embers to finish the grill! Fortunately I had some wood purchased from another supplier! Never again ... maaaaaiiii more !! ?????
