Devo dire che ho ricevuto una esaustiva e cortese spiegazione dalla segretaria, la quale mi ha informato sulla tempistica di circa 72 ore per avere l'esito e sui motivi per i quali i tempi sono così "lunghi" ( gli sviluppi dei focolai nell'ultima settimana di Agosto hanno fatto impennare le richieste mettendo in crisi i laboratori e allungando i tempi rispetto alle settimane precedenti ). Quindi personalmente non posso che giudicare professionale, preciso e corretto il comportamento attribuendo 5 stelle al servizio fornito.
