r	rocky Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli errori possono capitare a tutti per carità, facciamo i biglietti per scendere giù in Sicilia con la nave, vengono invertiti i biglietti e ce ne accorgiamo al porto di Napoli, da li va be cerchiamo informazioni dei giorni successivi e sappiamo che deve farci il rimborso del biglietto l' agenzia. Finita la vacanza, andiamo in agenzia troviamo la stessa signorina che ci aveva fatto i biglietti, ci guarda con fare quasi schifato prende i biglietti con la punta delle dita, e le spiego cosa è successo, ci guarda noi eravamo un po' alterate e lei visibilmente scocciata, ci dice di lasciare il numero di telefono e ci avrebbe contattate dopo le 15 di quel giorno, sparisce. Allora facciamo passare qualche giorno e riusciamo a scrivere sia nella chat dell' agenzia che al servizio clienti, il girono dopo ci contattano subito e penso che poi abbiano anche contattato loro perché improvvisamente si fanno vive anche loro dell' agenzia, diamo gli estremi per il rimborso e niente dopo un mese sto ancora aspettando. Ieri ho scritto di nuovo al servizio clienti e non mi ha ancora risposto nessuno, noi attendiamo fiduciosi .
