★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio dal esterno non ti da L idea di quello che c’è dentro poi entri e trovi veramente tanti articoli partendo da quella di neonati a quella per ragazzini i capi sono di un ottimo materiale duraturo negli anni più di una volta ho acquistato presso questo negozio senza mai avere problemi con ciò che acquistavo anzi se avevo bisogno di un cambio merce non c’è mai stato problema, la titolare sempre pronta a consigliarti è sempre gentile .. per darsi un idea bisogna entrare e non soffermarsi solo alla vetrina di un negozio .. ci tornerò sicuramente per altri acquisti ..
The shop from the outside does not give you the idea of what is in it then you enter and you find really many items starting from that of newborns to that for kids the garments are of an excellent material lasting over the years more than once I bought at this shop without ever having problems with what I was buying or rather if I needed a change of goods there was never a problem, the owner always ready to advise you is always kind .. to give yourself an idea you have to enter and not just stop at a shop window shop .. I will definitely go back for other purchases ..

Ho acquistato un giubbino per bambina, chiedo esplicitamente istruzioni riguardo il reso in quanto il prodotto dopo meno di una settimana è risultato difettoso alla cerniera, mi viene risposto di riportarlo per l'emissione di un buono. Bene arrivo con il giubbino, la commessa da in tutti i modi per non farmi rendere. Solo sotto mia insistenza riesco ad ottenere il buono che ho riutilizzato.

Staff totally inadequate to fill the role. I purchased a jacket for a girl, I explicitly ask for instructions regarding the return as the product was found to be defective at the zipper after less than a week, I am told to return it for the issue of a voucher. Well I arrive with the jacket, the saleswoman gives in every way not to make me return. Only under my insistence can I get the voucher that I have reused.
To never see us again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le 2 commesse sono totalmente sgarbate, inadeguate.. e quando ti rivolgi a loro chiedendo informazioni ti rispondono a tono "questo è un outlet non possiamo avere tutto"..non ci metterò più piede prima e ultima volta..tanto alla fine come hanno detto loro non puoi pretendere di trovare tutte le cose.. è un negozio di rimasugli anni '50
The 2 orders are totally rude, inadequate .. and when you turn to them asking for information they reply in a tone "this is an outlet we cannot have everything" .. I will not set foot there again first and last time .. as late as they have told them you can't expect to find all the things .. it's a 50's leftover shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inadeguato, sono rimasta allibita, pochissima scelta, verissimo che è un outlet...ma anche gli outlet si sono evoluti... Vendita delle rimanenze di magazzino... Ho trovato capi fallati ed anche sbiaditi....
Inadequate staff, I was stunned, very little choice, very true that it is an outlet ... but outlets have also evolved ... Sale of warehouse inventories ... I found flawed and even faded garments ....
