Personale molto competente e preparato e, cosa non scontata, molto cortese ed empatico. Mi sono subito sentita rassicurata nonostante fossi spaventata. Dopo un ricovero di due giorni, durante i quali sono stati tutti molto disponibili nel darmi informazioni anche al telefono circa le sue condizioni, è stato dimesso con tutta la terapia del caso e nonostante ci voglia del tempo per una completa guarigione sono molto soddisfatta del trattamento ricevuto. Inoltre devo dire, sono sempre gentili e disponibili anche al telefono in quanto mi è capitato di telefonare alcune volte per chiarimenti sulla terapia e sul procedere della situazione anche post dimissione. Sono certa mi rivolgerò a loro non solo fino alla guarigione del mio micio ma anche per le necessità future nonostante io abiti parecchio distante. Per la sicurezza dei miei piccoli ne vale la pena. Sono stati gentilissimi sia alle prime visite sia con la sterilizzazione. Molto competenti e all'avanguardia. Dopo l'operazione la micia è tornata in perfetta forma dopo 24 ore. Il prezzo non è il più conveniente che potete trovare ma direi perfetto per assicurare un trattamento di altissima qualità! Di certo risparmiare sulla salute del mio animale domestico non è una cosa che mai farei. Inoltre molto disponibili anche al telefono per consigli. Grazie di cuore per il vostro lavoro!
