Nel chiedere spiegazioni, evidenziando che il nostro appuntamento era alle 8.05, l'addetta al front desk si è scusata dicendo che non sapeva dirci quanto ancora avremmo dovuto aspettare.
Direi che la gestione degli appuntamenti è pressoché superficiale.
