important: the time reported on Google is NOT right. The cash desk is NOT open in the afternoon, I didn't know it and I wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al peggio non c'è mai fine... oggi ho atteso per mezz'ora con un solo cliente avanti a me... un unico sportello, con signore molto gentile, ma troppo indaffarato da innumerevoli mansioni fra cui il centralino.
Trovo allucinante che certe pratiche vengano effettuate in questo unico sportello rallentando inutilmente la coda e facendo perdere tempo agli altri clienti. Organizzatevi!!!
There is never an end to the worst ... today I waited for half an hour with only one customer in front of me ... a single counter, with a very nice gentleman, but too busy with countless tasks including the switchboard.
I find it shocking that certain practices are carried out in this single counter, unnecessarily slowing down the queue and wasting time for other customers. Get organized !!!
