Le due addette vendite sono sempre cortesi e disponibili anzi, a volte ho trovato una sola addetta che fa l'impossibile per dare retta a tutti i clienti considerando anche che il negozio è su due piani. Perché non impariamo tutti ad avere un po' più di pazienza ed essere più collaborativi e comprensivi? Comunque il negozio offre tanti articoli con un giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo e le addette alle vendite mi hanno sempre aiutata nella scelta dell'acquisto. Why do not we all learn to have a little more patience and be more collaborative and understanding? Ieri, come altre volte, la tessera fedeltà é stata inutile, dato che mentre la tiravo fuori dal portafoglio, dopo aver detto che ce l'avevo, il conto e lo scontrino erano già stati fatti...."doveva darmela prima"....mah...pensavo di essere io suscettibile, poi oggi mi sono confrontata con un'altra mamma in asilo e mi ha detto le medesime cose. Peccato perché il negozio ha belle cose e si trova in pieno centro, ma penso che al giorno d'oggi in cui molti ordinano comodamente da internet, il cliente che entra ancora in negozio debba essere premiato con un minimo di cortesia. Ma le commesse potrebbero essere più simpatiche, principalmente la Sig.ra Bionda che oltre non salutare,non segue nessuno, e ha sempre una brutta faccia. Purtroppo ci sono persone senza lavoro che sicuramente sarebbero più simpatiche e brave. Non capisco cosa fa quella Sig.ra lì,sarà raccomandata. Ormai non entro più in quel negozio ( e conosco altre persone che fanno lo stesso). Da cambiare lo staff. . The shop is beautiful. Ha passato tutto il tempo a chiaccherare con una collega e se chiedevo informazioni rispondeva sgarbatamente come se stessi dando fastidio, uguale alla cassa quando ho chiesto lo scontrino di cortesia e mi ha risposto che era troppo tardi per chiederlo..nonostante sapesse che era un regalo. Peccato perché i prodotti del negozio sono molto carini, forse qualcuno di più competente e SORRIDENTE gioverebbe a questo store. Terrible experience.
