★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilezza e professionalità di chi ci lavora credo siano parti integranti del servizio ed un mezzo per incrementare le vendite e fidelizzare il cliente, ma la risposta della commessa alla domanda “La domenica sarete aperti?”- “Si, siamo purtroppo aperti, ma ti avviso che molto probabilmente avrò il muso”- non è per nulla professionale e crea un danno all’azienda. In effetti ho rinunciato all’acquisto. Valuterò se ritornare.

La commessa molto seccata, mi comunica che dopo 10 minuti avrebbe chiuso ( in poche parole era seccata che fossi entrata). Allora sono uscita, ma non penso che ritornerò mai più. Peccato perché hanno bella merce.
