L'addetta alle vendite non mi ha fatto il cambio poiché ero sprovvista di scontrino fiscale (in quanto regalo) ma avevo con me il certificato di garanzia che viene consegnato con data dell'acqyusyo e timbro del negozio. È una cosa assurdo in tutti i negozi con questo certificato di garanzia effettuano i cambi.
I went to the store this afternoon to exchange a bracelet under warranty.
The sales assistant did not change me because I had no receipt (as a gift) but I had with me the guarantee certificate which is delivered with the date of the purchase and the stamp of the shop. It is absurd in all shops with this certificate of guarantee they carry out the changes.

I went several times to the Joye shop in ernapolis and was served in an exhaustive way..The girls were kind, helpful and with a lot of patience..beautiful the windows always clean and well organized..they have a lot of items that you can indulge in great gift ideas ... I recommend it and I'll be back ..
