S	Sa SV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo urgenza di stampare 2 foto in formato 10x15. Il proprietario mi dice che per stamparle devo necessariamente fare la card che costa 5,00 euro. Spiego che sono solo di passaggio e la card non mi serve, lui mi risponde che allora le due foto mi verranno a costare 3,00 euro. Una cifra assurda che però pago, data la necessità. Non ricevo alcuno scontrino e penso che mi verrà dato alla consegna delle foto. Attendo i 30 minuti necessari per la stampa e ritiro. Dopo averle sbirciate per verificare che fossero le mie, vado via dimenticando di chiedere lo scontrino. Mentre mi reco a casa controllo le foto con calma e mi rendo conto che il risultato è pessimo: sono troppo sature e contrastate presentano aberrazioni cromatiche che rovinano il volto del soggetto. Nonostante sia certo dell' assenza di questi errori nel file originale, penso comunque ad un mio errore e mi precipito dal primo fotografo che trovo per strada. Quest'ultimo senza modificare alcun parametro, stampa le foto correttamente in dieci minuti ad un prezzo più che ragionevole. Sono molto deluso da questa esperienza e mi spiace che il sistema di valutazione mi obblighi a mettere una stella. Sul sito internet si parla di foto a 0,12 centesimi e consegna istantanea ma questo non rispecchia in alcun modo la realtà vissuta. Ho visto in altre recensioni la risposta del proprietario ma sinceramente non penso che esistano giustificazioni veritiere ad un comportamento simile! I urgently needed to print 2 photos in 10x15 format. The owner tells me that to print them I must necessarily make the card which costs 5.00 euros. I explain that I'm just passing through and I don't need the card, he replies that then the two photos will cost me 3.00 euros. An absurd figure that I pay, however, given the need. I do not receive any receipt and I think it will be given to me upon delivery of the photos. I await the 30 minutes required for printing and collection. After having peeked at them to verify that they were mine, I leave forgetting to ask for the receipt. While I go home I check the photos calmly and I realize that the result is bad: they are too saturated and contrasted with chromatic aberrations that ruin the face of the subject. Although I am certain of the absence of these errors in the original file, I still think of my mistake and I rush to the first photographer I find on the street. The latter without changing any parameters, prints the photos correctly in ten minutes at a more than reasonable price. I am very disappointed with this experience and I am sorry that the rating system obliges me to put a star. On the website we talk about photos at 0.12 cents and instant delivery but this in no way reflects the reality experienced. I have seen the owner's response in other reviews but I honestly don't think there is a true justification for such behavior!

O	Orazio Giuffrida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace lasciare due stelle ma non posso fare altrimenti, soprattutto vorrei evitare che altri laureandi si ritrovino una tesi di qualità scadente come quella mia: i fogli utilizzati sono peggiori di quelli che uso io per stampare a casa, sottilissimi e leggerissimi, ho avuto il coraggio di aprirla solo 2 volte e già ci sono le pieghe sulle pagine che ho sfogliato. Insomma mi aspettavo una qualità migliore per il prezzo che ho pagato! Per fortuna è solo per uso personale e non devo presentarla a nessuno. I'm sorry to leave two stars but I can't do otherwise, above all I would like to avoid that other undergraduates find themselves with a poor quality thesis like mine: the sheets used are worse than those I use to print at home, very thin and very light, I had the courage to open it only 2 times and there are already folds on the pages that I have leafed through. In short, I was expecting better quality for the price I paid! Thankfully it is for personal use only and I don't have to introduce it to anyone.

ROBA DA MATTI !!! ... quando gli ho detto che il prezzo era estremamente esagerato con molta tranquillitá mi hanno risposto : ma sono due stampe !!! ... APPUNTO !!! sconsigliatissimo...fosse stato l'unico posto dove poter stampare foto ... mahhh !!! ABSURD!!! 2 photos printed in 10x15 format I paid € 5.00 .... € 2.50 each. !!! Di contro ha dei ragazzi gentilissimi che sanno fare il loro lavoro e che spero riesca a trattare meglio, avendone una volta rimproverato uno dinanzi ai miei occhi . Da una semplice foto a realizzazioni personalizzate,vasta scelta di album e cornici,promozioni e idee carine apprezzate per chi ama i ricordi! Consigliatissimo, di sicuro mi vedrà altre volte. Anzi, per dirla tutta, un piccolo lembo si è staccato alla prima lavata, sempre ovviamente a mano e in acqua fredda. E 20 euro non sono pochi. Ho letto la risposta alla recensione. 2 magliette rovinate su 2 é tanto. E se sono garantite un anno lo dovreste dire alla consegna. Così si conserva anche lo scontrino. Non in risposta, tra l'altro tardiva, ad una recensione. Ho preso le 2 magliette 8n periodi diversi e mai é stato detto. Va beh I do not doubt the courtesy of the staff but I bought a printed t-shirt (20 euros because it was black, otherwise it was 15.00 euros) and after less than 2 months, washed in cold water and treated delicately, the print is peeling off. Ho inviato un messaggio su whatsapp per accertarmi che fosse possibile acquistare una cover personalizzata specificando il modello, mi hanno risposto di sì per ben due volte. Arrivata in negozio, mi hanno detto che non avevano a disposizione il modello della cover. Sono tornata a casa senza cover dopo aver raggiunto il centro commerciale appositamente, completamente fuori mano Bad experience, zero reliability and professionalism. I sent a message on whatsapp to make sure it was possible to buy a custom case specifying the model, they answered yes twice.
