La ragazza era antipatica e frettolosa, sicuramente nemmeno esperta visto che ho provato un dolore pazzesco e ora a distanza di una settimana ho già la ricrescita di peli incarniti. Lavoro pessimo, sicuramente non tornerò! I often go for waxing, every time there is a different girl. I've always found myself quite well, except the last time. The girl was unpleasant and hasty, certainly not even an expert since I felt crazy pain and now after a week I already have the regrowth of ingrown hair. Bad job, definitely won't be back!

The owner spoke little English, which for the middle of the tourist shopping district of Vernoa I find very surprising, and one of the clients helped translate for us. Once the owner realised we couldn't take one of the later times she had available, she flicked her hand up at us and said "bye" as if we were dirt on the bottom of her shoe!! We were absolutely shocked! No "sorry I can't help" or "maybe try such and such down this street", nothing!! So if you're a tourist or even a local in Verona, don't bother with this rude and obnoxious woman who clearly only wants your money and not to help.
