★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m giving 1 star not for the facility itself which is nice and relaxing although a bit expensive , but for the Crew!!! The lady at the cassa, was so unfriendly, so unpolite she made me pay an extra 15 euro for a fast covid test although I ve shown her my vaccinations certificate and also my recovery code which have both been accepted everywhere else in italy and Europ expect them!
They should pay more attention to customers because the prices are already quite high!! If you work in this buisness lear how to handle tourist !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ January 30, 2 adults end two children, spent 300 euros (not a problem). We arrive whith prepayment at 10.00 am and we do 25 minutes of queue. No explanation at reception. Entering the pool room we have to go back to the changing rooms to put on masks (there were no signs). Lunch.. For get a Wine you have to go to another restaurant. .. Then the bracelet is blocked for payments, no one had told us about the limit of 100 euro ( 4 People..) . So we recharge but the automatic house is blocked,I+ so... go up to the cash desks I pay and again no one informs me of the limit, while we lose access to the sauna. We try to book a massage, we wait 10 minutes at the reception, and no one shows up... Going up the stairs (perhaps forbidden) we sound hesitantly to a bell, the second time we ring they answer us that today they are full.... We walked in relaxed and happy, I the head of the family came out very stressed, much more stressed than before knowing this place. The structure is nice, unfortunately the communication with customers is terrible. Buon lavoro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big disappointment. Don't go unless you want to go with your kids spending a lot of money.
The facility sells the dream, huge, new, beautiful etc... But if you want to go for relax and spa, you'll find yourself surrounded by kids and you have to pay extra money if you want to use the hammam and the sauna, that's just crazy... You pay 26€ for 1 hour and a half (2 hours but final shower and dressing included) and you don't even have the sauna. Mental. So, for the money you can just turn around in the water for a little while and then be careful, you have to rush your shower and get out in time. I stayed 16 minutes extra and they've charged me extra 5 euro. Big regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like this place, but more on working days. There are many pools (inside and outside), saunas, different showers and things to do. They do different promotions (for example, birthday one) and activities (concerts, events etc). You can book also massages and other beauty procedures. Inside there are also some places to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my wife for a full day of relaxation at the Terme, I have to admit that we enjoyed our time here a lot and had a great time! I also recommend including in your ticket the Sauna Village entrance if you want to get a complete experience of this peace of heaven!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing I have to say is: amazing drinks! Tania was the best bartender over in the sauna section. Other than that, good for kids and nice to relax. Everything costs money, and the massage wasn’t worth it. Worth a one time go, but not again. Cool experience.
