L'attesa infinita e quando ho chiesto di più alla commessa, mi ha riferito che non poteva farci nulla. Mi aspettavo un minimo di comunicazione tra negozi fisici e gestione online perché alla fine il marchio è lo stesso. Ho dovuto, data la consegna dopo 3 giorni in più quelli previsti, spedire i prodotti acquistati alla persona interessata che aveva anche atteso un giorno in più a casa mia per ricevere il regalo che gli avevo promesso. Delusione totale e una lentezza enorme nel processare gli ordini. Comunicazione zero
One star because I ordered stuff online that I got here at this store. The endless wait and when I asked the saleswoman for more, she told me that she couldn't do anything about it. I was expecting a minimum of communication between physical stores and online management because in the end the brand is the same. Given the delivery after 3 days longer than expected, I had to send the purchased products to the person concerned who had also waited an extra day at my house to receive the gift I had promised him. Total disappointment and enormous slowness in processing orders. Zero communication
