A	Antonella Serpico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato l'abito dopo comunione che si sarebbe tenuta il 13 giugno 2021,ad Aprile pagando tutta la cifra anticipatamente ( nonostante non avessi ancora la certezza che si sarebbe svolta la cerimonia causa pandemia)e portando l'abito a casa senza fare modifiche per via del Covid. La gentilezza e premura della prevendita è scomparsa dopo aver venduto l'abito. Come accordato, un mese prima della cerimonia ho preso appuntamento con la sarta per la prova dell'abito durante la quale è stato detto che il vestito calzava a pennello e non c'era bisogno di modificare nulla. Io ho subito notato che l'abito aveva un difetto di fabbrica per il quale faceva un rigonfiamento sul petto e ,fatta notare la cosa, mi è stato detto che se la bambina avesse perso qualche chilo il difetto sarebbe scomparso.In conclusione ho richiesto più volte un nuovo appuntamento con la sarta per apportare la modifica e non avendo ottenuto risposta(è trascorso più di un mese dalla cerimonia)ho dovuto provvedere in privato dove mi è stato spiegato che c'era un difetto con un giro manica più corto dell'altro e c'era stoffa in eccesso al girocollo che portava a un rigonfiamento, c'è voluto tempo e pazienza per rimetterlo a posto oltre che denaro. Concludo dicendo che non tornerò più e che la proprietaria è molto brava a parole ma poco nei fatti!!! I immediately noticed that the dress had a manufacturing defect for which it made a bulge on the chest and, having pointed this out, I was told that if the girl had lost a few pounds the defect would disappear. times a new appointment with the seamstress to make the change and having not received an answer (more than a month has passed since the ceremony) I had to proceed in private where it was explained to me that there was a defect with a shorter armhole than other and there was excess fabric at the crewneck that led to a bulge, it took time and patience to put it back in place as well as money. I conclude by saying that I will never return and that the owner is very good in words but not very good in fact !!!
