Dal 2018 sto aspettando un pezzo di ricambio, una leva per aprire completamente una porta finestra.
Le rare volte in cui è stato possibile contattarli , mi hanno prospettato due soluzioni :
A) si arrangi
B ) le manderemo un tecnico, appena sarà disponibile....
Forse i tecnici sono impegnati in qualche missione spaziale
A questo punto opto per la soluzione C.)....rivolgermi alla concorrenza e a mai più rivederci...
Altamente sconsigliati...
Bad and unprofessional.
Since 2018 I have been waiting for a spare part, a lever to fully open a French window.
The rare times it was possible to contact them, they offered me two solutions:
A) make do
B) we will send you a technician as soon as he is available ....
Maybe the technicians are on some space mission
At this point I opt for solution C.) .... turn to the competition and never see us again ...
Highly not recommended ...
