Sono un cliente fisso da parecchi anni, ma per colpa dei commessi non ci tornerò mai più!!! The salesmen really sleep by the RUDE, besides this they are not very available with the client. Sconsigliato, se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei! They discriminated against me, even though I had the receipt and it was within the 30 days they didn't change my head telling me that the replacement is just a courtesy! Not recommended, if I could put 0 stars I would do it!

Ieri ero in fila ad aspettare il mio turno causa restrizioni Covid. Ma ad un certo punto si avvicinano due che scavalcando la fila e chiedono al ragazzino alla porta (molto maleducato) di farli entrare. Lui tranquillamente li lascia entrare. Alle mie dimostrarze all'accaduto vengo anche rimproverato che devo stare zitto ed aspettare. Non ci andrò più. I miei soldi li porto da altre parti. Non vi lamentate poi se la gente preferisce comprare su internet. Every time I returned to Brindisi I would go with my children to buy something (and to spend a nice penny). Yesterday I was in line waiting for my turn due to Covid restrictions. But at a certain point two approaching them, climbing over the line and asking the boy at the door (very rude) to let them in. He quietly lets them in. To my demonstrations to what happened I am also reproached that I have to shut up and wait. I will not go there anymore. I take my money elsewhere. Don't complain if people prefer to buy on the internet.
