★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I wish to admit Zara happens to be one of my favorite brands and have visited their stores all around the world, especially in USA and Europe. I thought I would hit their Brindisi location, situated within the Mall Le Colonne, which Mall is absolutely to be rated one of the worst in the Southern Italian hemisphere. I could not believe my own sight while visiting this awful retail store; only a few steps in to establish it was an absurd mess! Lines of people held all the way to the entrance, due to a single cashier handling all of its upset customers, absolutely no order, neither a system of organization was implemented at any time during my visit. Staff was all over the store found doing less than little, clothes thrown all over the places; we're talking brand new items for sales, assumed they're expecting people would purchase at full price? What's this a joke? Managers wake up! This store experience was ridiculously disappointing, I left so upset and empty handed, what a shame.
