★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale tipico di montagna molto accogliente con una vista sul Monviso eccezionale e unica focaccia di Recco STREPITOSA !!!!!!!! Tiramisù buonissimo ma soprattutto l'accoglienza dei gestori super raramente riesco a trovarmi così bene e a mio agio in un locale loro ci sono riusciti ed è straordinaria come due liguri intraprendenti abbiano avuto la strepitosa idea di portare la focaccia di Recco in un posto chiuso e super tradizionale come la montagna per di più piemontese !!! Bravi ragazzi ci tornerò ogni volta che sarò a Crissolo
 Very welcoming typical mountain restaurant with an exceptional view of the Monviso and unique focaccia of Recco STREPITOSA !!!!!!!! Tiramisu very good but above all the super hospitality of the managers I rarely manage to find myself so well and at ease in a place they have succeeded and it is extraordinary how two enterprising Ligurians had the amazing idea of bringing the Recco focaccia in a closed and super place traditional like the mountain, moreover Piedmontese !!! Good guys I'll be back every time I'm in Crissolo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo bar ristorante poco prima della chiesa di San Chiafftedo, un santo martire caro ai valligiani della zona di Crissolo e patrono di Saluzzo. Ci siamo limitati a consumare al bar ma ho visto servire una bella focaccia di recco cosa strana per il lungo ma i titolari sono liguri e hanno portato piatti tradizionali della Liguria che a detta di molti sono molto buoni..
Ottimo il gelato fatto da loro con i frutti dei boschi :mirtilli, lamponi.
Small bar restaurant just before the church of San Chiafftedo, a martyr saint dear to the valley dwellers of the Crissolo area and patron saint of Saluzzo. We limited ourselves to consuming at the bar but I saw a nice focaccia di recco served, strange thing for a long time but the owners are Ligurian and they brought traditional dishes from Liguria which according to many are very good ..
Excellent ice cream made by them with the fruits of the woods: blueberries, raspberries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera sorpresa trovare la cucina ligure in montagna!!! siamo stati a cena degustando una ottima focaccia di recco e degli ottimi primi. Buono anche il pesce crudo. Unico consiglio per i gestori fate sempre trovare il menù con i prezzi al tavolo.
A real surprise to find Ligurian cuisine in the mountains !!! we had dinner tasting an excellent focaccia di recco and excellent first courses. Raw fish is also good. The only advice for managers is to always find the menu with the prices at the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati casualmente in questo bistrot e siamo stati accolti dai proprietari gentilissimi che ci han fatto accomodare nonostante appunto non avessimo prenotato. Abbiamo preso la focaccia di Recco davvero STREPITOSA! I Pinsotti alle noci deliziosi e anche le seppie coi piselli davvero molto gustose. Accoglienza davvero cordiale.. è stato come sentirsi a casa! Qualità prezzo eccezionale.. COMPLIMENTI!! Consigliatissimo.
We arrived by chance at this bistro and were greeted by the very kind owners who made us sit even though we hadn't booked. We got the really AMAZING focaccia di Recco! The Pinsotti with walnuts delicious and also the cuttlefish with peas really very tasty. Really friendly welcome .. it was like feeling at home! Exceptional price quality .. CONGRATULATIONS !! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati in questo luogo senza prenotazione e nonostante fosse domenica hanno fatto di tutto per trovarci un posto dove accoglierci. Il personale è caloroso e simpatico, la peculiarità di questo luogo è che nonostante siamo a circa 1300 metri sul livello del mare si mangia cucina tipicamente ligure! Abbiamo degustato le trofie al pesto con patate e fagiolini, pansotti in salsa noce, coniglio alla ligure (con pinoli, olive) e patate (di quelle non surgelate!) e... Il piatto che mi ha conquistato:
La focaccia di recco con il formaggio.
Se siete di passaggio dovete assolutamente provarla. Attenzione però: dato che viene fatta al momento ci vuole un po' di tempo di attesa.
We arrived in this place without a reservation and despite it being Sunday they did everything to find us a place to welcome us. The staff is warm and friendly, the peculiarity of this place is that despite being at about 1300 meters above sea level you can eat typically Ligurian cuisine! We tasted trofie al pesto with potatoes and green beans, pansotti in walnut sauce, Ligurian-style rabbit (with pine nuts, olives) and potatoes (non-frozen ones!) And ... The dish that won me over:
Recco focaccia with cheese.
If you are passing through you should definitely try it. But be careful: since it is done at the moment it takes a bit of waiting time.

Finishing with a great dish of pasta for dinner. Even if we’re not lodging nearby we make an effort to pass by while hiking on the many trails. We went back the very next day for the same pasta it was that good, However we switched to beer because the wine list needs some help hopefully it’s a “covid-19” thing and will ramp back up soon it would be nice to see some Ligurian wines to complement the food we will be going back to check ?
