★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è accogliente, rustico e pieno di carattere! Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalle birre, ognuna con un aroma e caratteristiche diverse ma senza dubbio buonissime! Da provare anche il reparto food, con alcuni panini interessanti da far venire l'acquolina in bocca. Consigliato a chi vuole passare una serata tra amici sorseggiando un'ottima birra artigianale!
 The place is cozy, rustic and full of character! I was pleasantly surprised by the beers, each with a different aroma and characteristics but without a doubt very good! Also try the food department, with some interesting sandwiches to make your mouth water. Recommended for those who want to spend an evening with friends sipping an excellent craft beer!

Insieme alle birre, prodotte nell'impianto a vista, potrete accompagnare la bevuta con fantastici panini, caratterizzati da abbinamenti originali e ponderati. Prezzi onestissimi e simpatia dei gestori chiudono il cerchio per una esperienza perfetta.
Excellent beers with a great personality. To welcome you you will find Andrea, the brewer and his wife Noemi. Together with the beers, produced in the open system, you can accompany the drink with fantastic sandwiches, characterized by original and thoughtful combinations. Honest prices and friendliness of the managers close the circle for a perfect experience.

Excellent craft beers produced by Andrea who is a One man show, the tap room is very nice and the sandwiches very good. If you pass by Syracuse go and find them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il birrificio il venerdì e sabato sera e aperto e puoi degustare delle ottime birre proposte in modo ineccepibile e curioso. Offre anche dei panini molto particolari con una ciabatta croccante e dei condimenti esclusivi. Il locale e informale ma accogliente. Vale la pena passare qualche ora rilassante . Bravi
The brewery is open on Friday and Saturday nights and you can taste excellent beers offered in an impeccable and curious way. It also offers very special sandwiches with a crispy ciabatta and exclusive condiments. The restaurant is informal but welcoming. It is worth spending a few relaxing hours. Bravi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea e sua moglie portano avanti un progetto che va sostenuto! Ottime birre, fatte con passione, ci è stato persino fatto fare un tour della produzione dove ci è stato spiegato il processo di creazione della birra. Nura (con scorze di limone IGP di Siracusa) e Hoppercut le nostre preferite! Non abbiamo cenato ma i panini avevano un aspetto delizioso! Ci torneremo.
Andrea and his wife carry on a project that must be supported! Great beers, made with passion, we were even given a tour of the production where we were explained the process of making the beer. Nura (with Syracuse IGP lemon peels) and Hoppercut our favorites! We didn't have dinner but the sandwiches looked delicious! We will be back.

The beer is great !!! The sandwiches like mackerel and caponata are very good, the place is a bit cool but welcoming in the summer and perfect, excellent service and right times .. recommended ???
