★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' il classico store cinese molto grande e fornito. Nonostante sia un locale molto ampio e si trova qualsiasi tipo di prodotto, per assurdo non è ben fornito. Ci sono tanti reparti ma non sono ben assortiti. Un'altra carenza grave è che i commessi sono pochi, e i commessi che girano per i reparti non parlano bene l'italiano e non danno mai indicazioni precise sui prodotti. In pratica ti dicono "arrangiati". Diciamo che io vado solo se sono sicuro che trovo un preciso prodotto altrimenti preferisco andare in altri store cinesi dove sono sicuro che mi possano aiutare a trovare il prodotto che cerco.
It is a very large and well-stocked classic Chinese store. Although it is a very large room and you can find any type of product, it is absurdly not well stocked. There are many departments but they are not well assorted. Another serious shortcoming is that the shop assistants are few, and the shop assistants who go around the departments do not speak Italian well and never give precise indications on the products. Basically they tell you "arranged". Let's say that I only go if I'm sure I find a specific product, otherwise I prefer to go to other Chinese stores where I'm sure they can help me find the product I'm looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ultima volta che sono entrato ho trovato la desolazione non c'erano più gli scaffali e la merce ( o quello che rimaneva)era messa per terra al che ho chiesto se stavano chiudendo e mi hanno risposto di si.
Comunque quello che c'era era tutto scontato del 20/50%.
The last time I entered I found the desolation there were no more shelves and the goods (or what remained) were placed on the ground to which I asked if they were closing and they said yes.
However, what was there was all discounted by 20/50%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you will be staying in Siracusa for a while and need to set up an apartment or room, this is the place to find all the "stuff" for your kitchen, bath, etc. No furniture or groceries though. As an American it's the only place in Siracusa that reminds me of Target, Walmart, etc. It's walkable from the Viale Teocrito area if you are only carrying a few bags otherwise hopefully you are renting a car. As you see in the photo the signage is "Happy Shop" not Xiu Centro.
