Utilizzano prodotti nostrani (perfino il radicchio di Dosson!) e hanno una bella varietà di birre. Da visitare! :) I had the pleasure of making a visit inside, the boys are very nice and easygoing, and this is passed on to the beers, which are very special: never try beers like this! Il bello di andare nel birrificio è che si può bere una birra dalla spina oppure comprare le bottiglie da portar via e su richiesta fanno ceste e pacchetti regalo, top! The beers are very good and are made in an artisanal way by a group of young people. La migliore x me é la rossa abbastanza frizzante e schiumosa. La bianca e la bionda mancavano di frizzantezza e schiuma quasi inesistente ma bevibili. The owner very kind and very helpful, I tasted 3 bottled beers, one of which was offered by the owner. Generally good. The best for me is the quite sparkling and frothy red. The white and blonde lacked fizz and almost non-existent head but drinkable.

C'è anche la sala degustazione che sembra di essere al pub. Vivamente consigliata. Excellent "bira", a real artisan microbrewery where every bottle and every barrel is pampered with paternal care by the good Vanni. There is also the tasting room which feels like a pub. Highly recommended.
