Unica nota dolente sono i tempi d'attesa per i panini, meglio esserne consapevoli prima di sedersi e stufarsi di attendere. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. P.S. La cameriera che vi porterà la roba al tavolo merita, parecchio ! :-) Buon appetito ! One of the best sandwich shops in the area. The only sore point are the waiting times for sandwiches, better be aware of this before sitting down and getting tired of waiting. The staff are friendly and helpful. P.S. Di norma si aspetta un po' perché arrivino i panini,ma è anche normale perché bisogna dare il giusto tempo per prepararli. Ieri però l'attesa è stata a mio parere esagerata,siamo entrati nel locale alle 21 e poco dopo abbiamo ordinato dei fritti ed i panini, alle 22.45 avevamo già mangiato i fritti da un po' e dei panini non c'era traccia,allora sono scesa giù al bancone per sapere che fine avessero fatto lamentandomi dei tempi di attesa. Nel frattempo i panini ci sono stati serviti e dopo poco arriva la proprietaria del locale che con toni poco ragionevoli mi informa di aver rispettato l'ordine delle comande e di non aver favorito altre persone, anche se la mia lamentela non riguardava questo. Penso che se un gestore di un locale riceve una critica debba adoperarsi in modo tale da migliorare su certi aspetti e non debba salire dai clienti a dare spiegazioni in questo modo. Detto questo non penso di tornare,mi dispiace perché i panini davvero sono buoni e sono un punto di forza per il locale,ma penso che i clienti debbano essere trattati in modo adeguato. In the meantime, the sandwiches have been served to us and after a while the owner of the restaurant arrives and informs me in an unreasonable tone that she has respected the order of the orders and has not favored other people, even if my complaint did not concern this. I think that if a manager of a restaurant receives criticism, he must work in such a way as to improve on certain aspects and should not go up to the customers to give explanations in this way. Having said that, I don't think I'm going back, I'm sorry because the sandwiches are really good and they are a strong point for the place, but I think that customers should be treated properly.
