★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 1.5 hours for one starter and then waited again for really bad spaghetti, good pizzas and mediocre salad.
We spent two hours waiting and waving to the waiters which were extremly slow and inattentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That day we were there I think we were unlucky. The restaurant was very busy (which no one told us), so we were served really late and the waiters, you really had to stop them to place an order. We've been waiting for more than an hour before we asked for our dishes. The waitress was very sorry about that and immediately went to the kitchen and then we got our entree and right after that the main course. It kinda was our fault too, for not asking earlier. To defend us waiting, we only asked after tables that arrived later than us got served with (sometimes the same) entrees earlier than us and we took notice of it.
The ambient light outside and the alleyway feeling was awesome in there.
We hope to get there again and have a better experience to also be able to give a better rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for food or drinks. This is a bar or pub like restaurant with a good selection of food as well as beers, wines, and cocktails. The food is good -- certainly much better than I would expect in a pub -- and the service was quick and friendly. La Cantinetta is in a great location in the city center and offers a cozy atmosphere and outdoor seating -- although a bit cramped since the small backyard is shared with a couple of other restaurants. I would certainly come back if I'm in the area again.
