★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the worst experience ever in this shop today , they let us wait for more than an hour in front of the shop without telling us that they aren't letting us in. The guy at the door was so rude, he saw us waiting there and didn't say to us dont wait we are closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting Rome, I forgot to bring comfy sandals for some reason. I therefore visited the Birkenstock store to get me some new ones. During Covid, it is obligatory to use the hand sanitizer and to keep your face mask on in the shop. Even though I can't speak Italian, the shopkeeper was very patient and helpful. And the sandals? I'm sure I will enjoy their great quality and comfort for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing selection of birkenstock , many models I had never seen before. Friendly staff, but only a few people are allowed inside due to covid and sometimes you need to wait outside .
