Raramente si trova persone così poco carine. Sembrava di dare fastidio e basta. For work I had to do a quick swab for covid19, extremely rude and rude staff. I'll never set foot there again. You rarely find such unattractive people. It just seemed to annoy.

Dire che sono scorbutiche è poco. As for the health side, nothing to say, unfortunately, as far as empathy with people is concerned, it is quite another thing. To say that they are grumpy is an understatement.
k	katia branconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almeno al punto di accoglienza, basterebbe un po' più di empatia e di organizzazione, magari un ticket per le varie prestazioni, senza mettere in fila insieme, chi deve fare le analisi e chi i tamponi. Tornerò di sicuro( speriamo di non averne bisogno) perché in una sola volta non si è in grado di giudicare, ma cercate di fare sorridere di più i vostri dipendenti. At least at the welcome point, a little more empathy and organization would be enough, perhaps a ticket for the various performances, without queuing together, who has to do the analyzes and who the swabs. I will come back for sure (hopefully we don't need it) because at one time you are unable to judge, but try to make your employees smile more.

Mi e' piaciuto il fatto che c'ero solo io all'esatta ora dell'appuntamento. E' importante non essere affollati ovviamente. Il servizio post-test e' favoloso, rispondono subito e ho ottenuto il risultato velocemente via email. Vorrei costasse meno ma siamo in Italia e non credo questi servizi vengano sovvenzionati, come invece dovrebbero essere, per far si' che il costo non sia eccessivo per il cliente. Grazie comunque! The person who gave me the (molecular) swab was nice and very good. At the reception the service was fast. I liked the fact that it was just me at the exact time of the appointment. It is important not to be crowded of course. The post-test service is fabulous, they respond quickly and I got the result quickly via email. I would like it to cost less but we are in Italy and I do not think these services are subsidized, as they should be, to ensure that the cost is not excessive for the customer. Thanks anyway!
