Comunque questa struttura è veramente seria ed estremamente affidabile. Consigliato. Too bad that in a country where health should be public, one has to rely on private structures. I tempi di attesa per gli appuntamenti sono veramente esigui ed il prezzo è accessibile e proporzionato al servizio di elevato livello offerto. Medico professionale e scrupoloso, eseguito l'esame mi dice, la risposta in 5 minuti alla reception. Qui comincia il mio disappunto, mi avvicino al banco per chiedere il foglio per rientrare a lavoro, mi guarda con disappunto come se gli dessi noia e senza farmi parlare mi dice "aspetti ora gli stampo il referto" arretro e dopo 5 minuti mi guarda e mi dice sto stampando il referto, mi riavvicino per chiedergli nuovamente il foglio di rientro a lavoro ed ancora una volta senza nemmeno farmi parlare mi dice con arroganza "glielo sto stampando" a questo punto alzo la voce e le chiedo il foglio per il rientro a lavoro, fa finta di non aver capito, le dico che era la seconda volta che si rivolgeva in modo scortese senza nemmeno farmi parlare. Mi stampa esito esame e foglio del lavoro me li appoggia sul banco e senza nemmeno dare l'arrivederci si gira sempre indispettita. Mi ero già recato presso questa struttura e la stessa persona aveva avuto un alterco con un altro cliente. Suggerirei alla direzione di Medical Group di mandare questa persona a fare un bel corso di gentilezza e ricevimento clienti. Sicuramente la prossima volta sceglierò un altra struttura. I had gone to this facility before and the same person had had an altercation with another client. I would suggest to Medical Group management that they send this person for a nice courtesy and customer reception course. I will definitely choose another structure next time.

Personale attento ad ogni esigenza. Facile da raggiungere grazie alla posizione. Parcheggio comodo a pochi passi dalla struttura. Medical Group è un centro multifunzionale all’avanguardia dove è possibile prenotare visite specialistiche, esami di diagnostica e di laboratorio. Telefonando al loro numero, il personale molto professionale e gentile, in tempo reale, informa il cliente presso quale struttura è possibile eseguire la prestazione richiesta, data e ora dell'appuntamento. La Medical Group è una delle poche strutture mediche in Toscana ad eseguire la Risonanza Magnetica Cardiaca, tecnica grazie alla quale è possibile studiare accuratamente volumi, funzione, morfologia del cuore e caratterizzazione tissutale del miocardio in un unico esame. Il macchinario per la risonanza magnetica è sicuramente il loro fiore all’occhiello con un magnete da 1.5 Tesla è uno tra i più potenti per il loro settore. Che dire!!!
